As a coach for sports mental training I will accompany you on your individual road to success. We will work not only with your strengths but also combine our energies to master fresh challenges. Customised training methods help you to tap into your full potential and to take more pleasure in sports. My sports mental training is based on my own experiences and is absolutely suitable for everyday use. I have utilised all the techniques as an active ballroom dancer. The result: My performance in training sessions and competitions has greatly improved.
I would like to share my know-how with you. I offer my services in German and English. I regularly work in Berlin and London and I am very flexible as for the meeting places. I offer courses and training sessions in the gym, but I can also come to your home.
