Step 1: Meeting
Are you facing a challenge, unsatisfied or have you lost the right track? Are you looking for professional support? Then I am the right person. Just tell me your concerns by phone, mail or e-mail. Through your chosen medium we get to know each other and talk about your plans. Together we discuss organisational and financial aspects of our collaboration.
Step 2: Brainwork
In a relaxed atmosphere, we analyse your current situation and determine your individual goals. In the coaching process, we aim for your strengths leading to success and build your training schedule around them. Only with a clear head can you use your skills to full capacity. Stress, fear of human failure and arguments with the partner or the team can challenge you. Together we improve your mental tenacity and bring you on the right path.
Step 3: Action!
In the sports mental training, we put into practice the findings of the coaching.
Specific exercises are used to boost your performance. You will learn, for example, to improve concentration and to harness your strength effectively. We practice motion sequences in the mind and thus, accelerate your learning outcome. We also re-enact competitions to better prepare you for stressful situations. Relaxation exercises improve your physical well-being and release new energy. You gain more self-confidence and the harmonius interplay of body, mind and soul motivates you to top-performances.
